Microelectronics

As the main engineering materials for microelectronics are semiconductors, metals and dielectrics, from which by the instrumentality of physical, chemical and technological methods the electronic device components are manufacturing.

 

At the SRC «Carat» it has been developed and is producing some special materials used in microelectronics:

- Targets on the base of silicides of transition metals for thin film microassemblies and chip components used in radio-electronic equipment;

- Chrome- and cooper-nickel targets for switching boards and micro assemblies;

- Sets of conductor, resistive and dielectric pasts for hybrid IC, chip components and domestic radioelectronic equipment;

- Silicon wafers for semiconductor engineering and microcircuitry.
